They are designed to aid learning and conceptual comprehension. Users are fully responsible for aligning their usage with their specific university or institutional academic integrity guidelines.
• For Business Digital Solutions: All digital solutions, websites, design assets, and automations are developed for legitimate production environments, organizational scaling, and commercial business deployment.

3. User Responsibility

By engaging with InstaAssign services, you explicitly declare that:

• You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
• You will supply clear, accurate, and completely lawful asset inputs or documentation for your orders.
• You will not employ our developed digital ecosystems or educational models for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal practices.

4. Payment, Quotes & Pricing

Custom Quotations: Due to variations in project complexity, technical stacks, or urgency, flat rates do not apply uniformly. Official price quotes are determined and conveyed via WhatsApp or official email channels after analyzing project specifications.

Structure: Academic solutions are billed based on project scope, and payment is finalized before delivery. Corporate or Business Digital Solutions may operate on a structured milestone payment model (e.g., upfront initialization deposit followed by a final balance payment upon completion), as agreed upon prior to project kickoff.

Currency: All baseline financial transactions are calculated in INR (Indian Rupees) unless specified explicitly for international clients.

5. Project Delivery & Timelines

9. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly blocked from executing the following tasks on our platform:

• Submitting fraudulent payment credentials or attempting reverse-engineered chargebacks.
• Engaging in hostile communication or harassment toward team members via support channels.
• Attempting to compromise, reverse-engineer, or inject malicious scripts into any properties or automation channels owned by InstaAssign.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership rights are distributed strictly based on the operational category:

• Academic Products: The client receives a single-user license to utilize the delivered project files strictly as an educational learning guide. Commercial resale or massive redistribution is prohibited.
• Business Digital Solutions: Upon 100% payment clearance and final delivery, full commercial ownership and operational utilization rights of the custom-written code, branding graphics, and interface architecture transfer to the client. InstaAssign preserves rights over its underlying core frameworks, pre-existing snippets, or modular design toolkits utilized during development.

11. Changes to Terms

InstaAssign reserves the right to modify these structural terms at any historical point to reflect adjustments in market pricing models, platform upgrades, or legal requirements. 12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

In the event of an unexpected service dispute:
